How do you secure the merchandise?
All Merchandise is 100% purchased by Citizen Kidette through using proprietary technology, as well as consignment and relationships with independent boutiques and brands. As a result, there are very limited quantities of most items.
I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?
We all know children’s sizing runs the gamut! As a result, we have included as often as possible sizing recommendations and insights into the fit of specific products in the About section. We do not have a standard measurement guide or sizing chart due to the vast amount of inventory and brands that we carry. I’m in love with something that’s out of stock! What can I do?
There is a certain devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect onesie or PJ set you had your heart set on are sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back!
We recommend you email us directly @ CitizenKidette@gmail.com with the item name and size you would like it in and we will do our very best to see if it is possible to secure it.
How does this work?
Full disclosure this is still very much a work-in-progress and we want to make this as easy and seamless as possible. Please start by emailing us at CitizenKidette@gmail.com and sharing the following 4 details:
- How much you want to spend
- Age and gender (if known) of the little one you would like to gift to.
- Any specific item or category you are interested in (PJs, Toys, a Holiday outfit, etc)
- Timing of when you want to pick up the present or have it sent

How do I do that?

What are the advantages of creating a personalized “Kollection”
It is like working with a personal shopper that is not pushy! It is a curated selection of items based on your survey answers and past purchases. The goal is making shopping easier for you and save you even more time and energy so you don’t comb through the whole site.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Due to team bandwidth it is best to email us and schedule a time for a phone order. To do so, email us at CitizenKidette@gmail.com and let us know the best time to connect with you.
To speed up the process, please have the product name(s) of the piece(s) you want to purchase on hand before the call. We don't want there to be a delay before your new closet candy is ordered!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and Venmo.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If you're shipping your order to NY, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.
Was I charged twice?
We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 - 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.
To make sure your card doesn’t accidentally get run twice, please only click the "Place Order" button once!
I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?
Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!
My order won't go through. What should I do?
You’re so close to securing the best styles for your favorite little one’s, and then the order won’t submit! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the "Place Order" button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Orders can only be canceled same-day. Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow changes to orders.
Where is my order confirmation?
Yippee! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder! Email us @ CitizenKidette@gmail.com if you still don’t have it.
How can I check on my Order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account and navigate to your order history.
When will my order ship?
Our orders ship ideally 48 hours after it is placed. If there is a delay we will communicate this to you and keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly, at this time we are not crossing any oceans unless it is to Hawaii. We can only ship to US addresses.
Do you offer free shipping?
With our insanely low pricing, we are passing along the very best deals and steals to you! As a result, you will be required to pay a shipping fee for any orders less than $150.
NYC Pick Up
When can I pick up my order?
We need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you! And schedule a meeting/delivery that works for you!
I accidentally selected "NYC Pick Up". Can I change this to ship to my address?
Please email us as soon as possible to make changes to your order! We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as we can!
All sale are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item! We recommend selling in Mom’s groups or on different online marketplaces. Pro tip: You can often get more for it than what you paid on our site. CRAZY!
Do you have gift cards?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer any gift cards.
Do you have any store locations?
